Randy Hirneisen Broker, Buyers Agent

Randy is a US Marine Corps veteran where he was Honor graduate of the Supply Admin School and has a lengthy, successful career history in customer service and sales. Randy worked in car sales for several years and was the General Sales Manager of a Nissan/Oldsmobile dealership in Seattle, WA. Moving back to NC in 1995 Randy transitioned into new home construction and quickly became a foreman/ plant supervisor for a local home builder, where he was responsible for as many as 45 workers. His passion for sales and customer service led him to advertising sales as became the Regional Manager for a national franchise. His mother was a local, well know realtor and Broker-in-Charge that  has always instilled strong values and a solid work ethic. Her success in Real Estate and his fondness of working with people provided the groundwork for Randy to enter residential real estate.

Randy has been specially trained to service military families on the move.It is his honor to serve those members of the military who protect us. Randy recently completed the Certified Agent Advantage Specialist course. This certification offers the advantage of proven expertise and Cartus resources in serving clients at the very highest professional level.


When not working, you can find Randy spending time with his two children and coaching youth basketball or baseball in the Youngsville and Wake Forest communities. Known as “Coach Randy” by many, he has been instrumental in youth sports for many years including 4 baseball championship teams and 5 basketball championship teams with 3 undefeated seasons. He truly enjoys working with children and sharing the importance of good sportsmanship, hard work, and working as a team.
